We are thrilled to invite you to the most prestigious Model United Nations conference in Southeast Mexico. The conference will take place in November at the International School of Cancun. We are very excited to be able to make this, your best Model UN experience ever. We will have a variety of delegates from Mexico and the world taking part in our 9 committees. As always, the health and safety of our staff and delegates continues to be a priority.

What is CancunMUN?

CancunMUN is the most prestigious Model United Conference in Southeast Mexico. A Model United Nations conference is one in which students from 9th to 12th grade all over the world take the role of an international delegate of any given country. These delegations join various committees in order to debate current or recent worldwide issues, with the purpose of finding viable solutions, much like how the real United Nations committees operate.

CANCUNMUN'S OBJECTIVE

The objective of the conference is to teach high school students how modern international politics and global policies are created and enforced, which is in essence, how the world operates today. The conference teaches leadership, tolerance, and teamwork skills which are vital for the healthy development of one's self and one's relationship with the world. We believe it is essential for today's youth to know how everything works at an international level, as we will be the the next world leaders.
